We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Logistics Employee to join our dynamic team in Eindhoven. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our logistics operations, ensuring seamless administrative processes, and maintaining accurate records. This position operates in a two-shift system, offering a diverse and stimulating work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage outgoing goods.
- Loading the trucks with EPT/Stacker/heftruck
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations.
- working with SAP system
- Packaging mateials according to procedures
- Monitor and report on the status of shipments and resolve any logistical issues.
WAT MOET JE IN HUIS HEBBEN?
- Experiance in a production logistcis environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Certification and experiance with EPT, heftruck and stacker.
- Ability to work effectively in a two-shift system (morning and evening shifts).
